1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years' export experience for designing and producing multi die casting parts.
2. How can I get some samples?
If you need samples, we are pleased to offer them for free. However, new clients are required to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for formal orders.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can create casting based on your drawing, whether it's a 2D drawing or a 3D CAD model. Providing a 3D CAD model can expedite the tooling development process, but we can still produce samples accurately with a 2D drawing.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Absolutely, we can take measurements from your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What's your quality control device in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine for mechanical control, and UT as an NDT checking method to ensure the casting's surface integrity.
