1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years' export experience specializing in designing and producing multi die casting parts.
2. How can I get some samples?
We are pleased to offer free samples to new clients. However, the courier cost will be the responsibility of the client, which will be deducted from the payment for formal orders.
3. Can you create castings based on our drawings?
Yes, we can produce castings according to your 2D or 3D CAD models. Providing a 3D CAD model will expedite the tooling development process, but we can still create samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you replicate castings based on our samples?
Absolutely, we can take measurements from your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We utilize a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT as an NDT checking method to ensure the integrity of castings.
