1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years' export experience for designing and producing multi die casting parts.
2. How can I get some samples?
If you need samples, we are pleased to offer them for free. However, new clients are required to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for formal orders.
3. Can you create castings based on our drawings?
Yes, we can produce castings according to your 2D or 3D CAD models. Providing a 3D CAD model can expedite the tooling development process, but we can still create samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you manufacture castings based on our samples?
Absolutely, we can take measurements from your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We utilize a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to regulate mechanical properties, and UT as an NDT checking method to inspect casting surfaces.
